2.1) Order Handle Time

Your order will be processed within the next 1 to 2 business days.

For order over HK$ 99* : FREE Hong Kong delivery (*Deduct all discount and net paid amount) 

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days

2.3) Damage / Defects Goods

FIRST CHAMPION guarantee that all products are in good condition when ship out. If the parcel / goods are damage, CUSTOMER need to report the case to FIRST CHAMPION within SEVEN days by Emial / Online enquiry Form. 

We shall require CUSTOMER to provide pictures for the deamged parcel / goods, if the products could not be work or deteriorate. FIRST CHAMPION shall requiru CUSTOMER to visit FIRST CHAMPION Service Center with the products to check and verify. Such as the identification of product defected or deterioration, be willing to accept exchange or refund service.

FIRST CHAMPION reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
