Product Warranty

First Champion Technology Limited (FIRST CHAMPION) warrants First Champion Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period below from the date of purchase. Customers accept the warranty terms when you purchasing and enjoy the Warranty service of FIRST CHAMPION.

(The terms of warranty may be subject to change from time to time. In case of any inconsistency and conflict between the terms hereof and the Terms listed in First Champion website, the Terms listed in First Champion website shall prevail.)

1. Warranty Terms and Conditions

1.1	The product warranty is effective from the purchase day. Valid purchase receipt and warranty card may be requested during warranty period
1.2	If customer cannot provide valid purchases receipt, First Champion has right to provide warranty service.
1.3	If product fails to operate under normal environment use, due to defects in design, materials or workmanship, First Champion will take responsibility either repair service or the replacement same level product

Warranty Periods:

1.	Memory Cards	5 Years Limited Warranty
2.	USB Flash Drives	5 Years Limited Warranty
3.	Lightning USB Flash Drives	2 Years Limited Warranty
4.	USB Charging Cable	1 Year Limited Warranty
5.	USB Chargers / Power Banks	1 Year Limited Warranty
6.	Bluetooth Speakers	1 Year Limited Warranty
7.	USB Type-C Hubs	1 Year Limited Warranty

Limited Conditions:

1.	The product has been damaged resulting from improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect; contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or food;
2.	The product defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification;
3.	The product defects or damages from natural hazard such as fire hazard, flood disaster, earthquakes, war and other natural calamities;
4.	Product defects or damages resulting from human misuse
5.	For any data devices (Memory Card / USB Flash Drives), First Champion has no liability for the loss of data, by the repair or replacement of product arising from a defect in any memory product.

2. Steps of Repair / Replacement of the PRODUCT

2.1	Visit First Champion Services Center:
	Customer may visit our services center for the product warranty

2.2	By Mail / Courier
	Customers can send back THE PRODUCT to FIRST CHAMPION’s registered Hong Kong office

	(FIRST CHAMPION does not take the responsibility for paying any shipping charges incurred for transportation and any loss of the PRODUCT from any overseas countries or locally arising from the issue of repair / replacement of the PRODUCT.)
